My dad was admitted 2/12 and discharged 2/15, the patient care we saw here was some of the worst I have ever seen. He was waiting an hour and a half just to get someone to shut a light off so he could sleep since he couldn’t get up. Couldn’t get anyone to help him go to the bathroom most of the time, didn’t get his pain meds as he needed them. He asked for an ice machine for his hip pain on surgical site and 3 hours later after asking several times never even got an ice pack. I had to go down to the nurses station and ask and the nurse said “she couldn’t find it and she got distracted”. I sincerely hope that people in worse condition than he is in don’t receive that level of care. Would not recommend this facility to anyone.
