Located in the heart of Falls Church City, the Kensington Assisted Living Center brings to mind the phrase “there’s no place like home”. It is home for two of my family members and since they have been here it is as close as one can get to being “home”. The staff is like an extended family with the residents and their families on a first name basis. It is not a “large” facility but is so much more personal than others with which I have had experience. “Less is more”! Fewer residents allows their round the clock staff to know each and every resident and each one’s unique needs. If you are looking for a professional “home” environment look no further than this location. Please put this one at the top of your list as you look for that next chapter in your life.

My husband and I have visited The Kensington several times. We have attended lectures and concerts and recently were invited to a dinner with wine pairing. The staff and residents we’ve met are welcoming and gracious and the food is delicious. It’s a pleasure to find an assisted living facility that encourages community participation in their events.
