I am Power of Attorney for a friend who has been a resident at The Inn for about a year....transitioning from Independent to Assisted to Memory Care. The entire Freedom Plaza team (from Independent to Assisted to Memory Care) works as a team; are exceptional partners in providing individualized, safe, enriching care. They truly get to know each resident and their loved ones as individuals; plan together; and promptly respond to questions and/or suggestions. Prior to my friend moving into Freedom Plaza/The Inn, I invested about 300 hours visiting/exploring 12 Life Plan communities in the NW Valley and finally chose Freedom Plaza. What a wise decision!

My husband and I toured the memory care unit at Freedom Plaza in November of 2025. During this time there was an activity occurring called Miles for Minds, promoting brain health. We could not have been more impressed with the knowledge provided, organization and creativity of this event. It was truly outstanding! The staff went above and beyond, all we encountered were friendly and I was asked on numerous occasions if I needed assistance. My husband and I both agree that Freedom Plaza deserves 5+ stars, this is a place I can recommend with zero hesitation.

My mom has lived at The Inn Assisted Living for five years. The facility is lovely, the activities are stimulating, and the staff is outstanding. I live across the country and have to rely on the nursing staff and administrative people for a lot of information. They are truly amazing, responsive and extraordinarily caring. I truly believe that the highest compliment I can give is that I can sleep at night knowing that my mother is safe, happy and truly cared for.

I have never lost a moment of sleep worrying about my 90+ year old mom living at The Inn Assisted Living and Memory Support. She has all her faculties but just needs some assistance due to her age. She LOVES living there - they have so many activities to keep her mind and body sharp. She's in great hands and the staff is ALWAYS so welcoming to family visiting!

My parents have lived many years at Freedom PLAZA, and have experienced independent living, assisted living, and now memory care. My mom is now over 100 and doesn't miss an opportunity to tell me how blessed she feels to live there. She knows all the staff and they know her. There is very little staff turnover, and the management and caregivers are great. If we have any concerns, the family works together with the staff to resolve them. I WOULD recommend Freedom Plaza!
