A new, gorgeous facility built to honor its residents with large apartments and top notch staff. In just over a month, our mother improved dramatically after receiving wonderful food and skilled care. She enjoys being able to order what food she wants as well as playing bingo. We enjoy visiting her in her beautiful apartment with high ceilings and kitchenette.

We are very happy with the care my mom gets at Heritage at Fountain Point. My mom has been at the Memory unit since July 2024. The way the staff interacts with my mom with dementia is very positive. The training they have is very apparent when she is not having a good day. The previous place she was at she was very agitated most of the time and here at heritage she is calm and content. She has became friends with several ladies there so I don't feel she is isolated. They have many daily activities that keep her entertained and mobile. She is still able to keep her dignity even in her cognitive decline which means a lot to my family. The communication with staff and my self and family is great. I can always call if I have questions or concerns and they listen. They are also very organized when it comes to having my mom ready for doctor appointments. They have all the paperwork needed for the doctor to be able to relay the info from the appointments to the staff there at Heritage to make sure all the orders are being taken care of for my mom's care. Overall I and my family are very happy we chose Heritage at Fountain Point Memory unit for my mom.

My husband has been living at Fountain Point Memory Care since May 2024. He has received excellent care and has been treated with dignity and respect. He has been given cognitive stimulation through the Portraits program. The staff is amazing, they are kind , caring and knowledgeable about the needs of the residents. The staff is led by a wonderful team of Theresa and Hannah! Their humanity and compassion are on display every day. They lead the staff by their amazing example. I would be pressed to find a facility any better. I am so appreciative of all the people who care for my husband.

The staff at Heritage is exceptional. The nurse and med aids are always friendly, professional and treat my parents like family. They are sure to call the family with any questions or changes in our parent’s status. The activities that are planned are plentiful so mom and dad can decide which activities they want to be involved with. The Physical therapist that come to the building also have workout sessions for any of the residents to be involved in. The kitchen and housekeeping staff are also exemplary . The food is good and the rooms are clean. They also have a personal relationship with the residents and their families. I would highly recommend Heritage to anyone looking for a great place for themselves or a family member.

The facility is beautiful. The really nice thing is that my father has a full size bed in his room and not a twin. Not only is the facility beautiful but the people I have dealt with have been WONDERFUL!!!! Jennifer Berg is amazing... She is extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions I might have regarding my fathers care. Maria in Memory care was also extremely helpful. Feels good knowing my father is in great hands!! What a blessing!
