The facility is very dirty. They have a terrible infestation of bed bugs. The staff are very rude and gossip about each other in front of residents. The residents do not receive proper care. Staff eat all over the place, be careful of mice and mice droppings around the facility. Staff are very rude. They do not have sufficent cooling system. The residents lay in bed sweating from heat exhaustion due to a brokent coolant system. I wound never put a loved one in this facility EVER.

Such a charming place. When you walk in it just feels comfortable. Its not depressing like most care facilities. Staff is very helpful and caring

If anywhere else, my aunt would have never received the love and care that she did at St. Jo. When change came, my anger almost moved her due to my inability to accept those changes. Thankful that I took a step back and evaluated me, then trusted God to work out the change. The staff is absolutely the best! No matter where you are, there are always going to be things one does not like. In the reality of it, it's all about your loved one and what's best for them.
