I heard about Home Instead about three years ago from Kiara. I have watched what they do for their clients and the community. They truly care about everyone, they remind me of a school teacher, my children had, if they came with a question, she gave her full attention to them. Andrea and her staff are the same way when Kiara goes out to see the people she wants to contact each one personally she does a great job.

I HAVE HAD SEVERAL CAREGIVERS WHO WERE WONDERFUL. MISCELLE, NASHA, IQRA, VERLENE, AND AMBER - JUST TO NAME A FEW. THEY ARE ALWAYS CHEERFUL, KIND, AND CARING IN ALL THEY DO. I LOVE THEM ALL.

Ginny is heaven sent! She is so great in caring for my Mom. They have wonderful conversations and enjoy religious programs. Mom requires 24x7 care, and Ginny gives me a break to run errands and relax. Both of our lives are enhanced because Ginny is there to care for Mom.

My experience was rather unfortunate. After an initial meeting with JR out of Norfolk, Nebraska, I found she never returned a single phone call. Three days and five messages later - nothing. “She’s in a meeting, I’ll have her call you right back.” “She’s on the road, I’ll get your message to her.” I left messages on her cell phone. I cannot in good conscience recommend Home Instead at this time.
