I'd like to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Brandy!!<br>Mom had a hip replacement last Wednesday and sent home Thursday with home health PT. She's a healthy 87 year young, but still 87. I called the Heights and was lucky enough to have the phone answered be Brandy. Brandy was so helpful and took the time to reach out to a rehab hospital. She also took the time to reach out to check on us the next day. If Brandy is any indication of the staff working at The Heights in Pleasanton you have an exceptional staff. I have said this many times, but again, THANK YOU BRANDY!!!
