Update wife passed away February the 18th 2026.
I thank the personnel at this facility for such a wonderful job of taking care of her.
May 8-2024 Update Celebrating our 58 anniversary Wife is doing
extremely well here. First couple of years was hard to get her out of the bedroom . Now the staff has her at the cafeteria most of the day . She is very active now and there's days when I call that she is to busy to talk which I find fantast.
Staff is great , They go to great links to learn each person there .

Wife has been in for over 2 years now . Her Dementia had gotten very bad . She was in sever pain from several problems. Thanks to the resident doctor ,he started a treatment for the dementia shortly after she got there and she has improved almost back to normal . She doesn't complain about pain anymore. Even though she takes less pain medication.
The people there are great. Every time I have visited I have been very impressed with the staff . Was very happy with what I saw. If she gets a scratch I get a call. I've been in some of the local big facilities here in San Antonio and I'm much happier with this facility .Has the perfect balance, Small town atmosphere and top notch people .
You want find fancy fish tanks in the hall way like here in San Antonio . You will find a highly dedicated staff. The food is fantastic ,not that Hospital limited choice.
