My father was moved to FC Rehab in the fall of 2022, after a fall at another facility and a hospital stay. When he came to FC Rehab, they helped us navigate thru the paperwork and got him settled in. He has received nothing but the best care from all the staff and we are totally thrilled with his response to them. The facility is clean, the food is very good and we have no complaints at all. Great job Farmer City Rehab and Health Care!

Very home feeling environment with the most welcoming staff. Couldn't have asked for a better place to take a family member and know you are leaving your loved one in good hands.

They took good care of my aunt but the place could really use some updating. Very old and very stained furniture. Lots of water damage to the walls and flooring due to the roof leaking and the roof continues to leak. The roof also leaks into the closets where the residents store their clothing. Old hand crank beds are hard to move or maneuver. The food could be a lot better. I know other nursing homes have gone to "restaurant style dining", it seems this home is set on staying in the 1980s. You can't park in the parking lot on a rainy day or your car will get stuck in the mud. The therapy department is the size of a large coat closet. Not sure how they can accomplish much there. Rated "5 stars" for care, but I give 1 star for presentation.
