We offer independent living, assisted living, short and long term care, an Alzheimer’s/Dementia secure unit, and in and out patient therapy. Carl was exceptional throughout the entire process. We called needing a tour as we navigated an uncertain discharge plan for a loved one, and he was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. His expertise in nursing homes, assisted living, and skilled care made the process feel much less overwhelming. The lobby is beautiful, inviting, and very clean. The receptionist was attentive and offered a warm greeting upon my arrival. Overall, very impressive improvements have been made!

The new staff is SO AMAZING! Nursing staff is taking care of residents' needs, dietary delivers food straight to their rooms, janitors are keeping the rooms sparkling clean, leadership is involved with their staff and this is THE BEST nursing facility in the Independence area! Highly recommend this for anyone going through rehabilitation! And they also provide super nice apartments for independent living! Would definitely be more than comfortable with my grandparents living there!
