Facility and patient were clean. Room is tiny and cramped. Lack of stimulation for bedridden patients. Lack of supervision on locked unit - unit is locked and all senior members were sitting at their stations. The activities person was in the activities' room with some residents on locked unit. Patients were roaming the hall unsupervised on locked unit. After 3 visits, I have not seen senior staff interact with patients who need them the most. Only basic needs are met at this facility.
