Drove from Fayetteville NC to visit my sister Patricia Sledge and was I in for a surprise!!! That is one of the most clean and professional place I have ever visited. The staff is amazing and I can tell they take really good care of each and everyone in the facility. Great job staff!!!!

The nurses an cna and other staff were very good with my husband last yr joann cna was so awsome with van and other cna were awsome too therapy was good they all got to know him knew what needed heated food for i brought love having a mic there frig we miss them took really could care of him

Facility and patient were clean. Room is tiny and cramped. Lack of stimulation for bedridden patients. Lack of supervision on locked unit - unit is locked and all senior members were sitting at their stations. The activities person was in the activities' room with some residents on locked unit. Patients were roaming the hall unsupervised on locked unit. After 3 visits, I have not seen senior staff interact with patients who need them the most. Only basic needs are met at this facility.
