They have a nurse working there by the name of Victoria Mason who is infamous on Instagram for a video showing her hurling racial slurs at a woman of color in a grocery store. This facility is aware of it and took no action to fire her. If you have loved ones at thus facility who are not Caucasian, I would remove them immediately.

Oh my goodness, words cannot describe how completely obsessed I am with this place! I’ve been trying to find a spot in the city that doesn’t just feel like another cold, industrial concrete box & The Green Greenhouse is an absolute dream come true.<br>The moment you step through the door, it literally feels like you’ve been transported into a tropical secret garden. There are hanging pothos vines everywhere, massive monstera leaves framing the windows, and the most beautiful natural sunlight flooding the entire space. It is incredibly aesthetic - honestly, every single corner is a perfect photo opportunity.<br>But it’s not just about the look; the energy here is so vibrant and alive. They have a gorgeous playlist going with the best upbeat indie-pop tunes that immediately put you in a fantastic mood. It’s the perfect place to meet up with friends, catch up on life or just sit and soak in the positive vibes.<br>Now, let’s talk about the menu because I am still thinking about it. I ordered their iced rose-vanilla latte with oat milk & it was pure perfection - not too sweet, totally floral & so refreshing. They also have this amazing avocado toast served with edible flowers on top & a lemon-lavender loaf cake that is to die for. Everything is presented so beautifully, you almost don’t want to eat it!<br>The staff are also the absolute sweetest people ever. They genuinely smile, give great recommendations & you can tell they love being there just as much as the customers do. Plus, they actually sell some of the smaller potted plants, so obviously I couldn’t leave without buying a cute new little succulent for my desk.<br>If you need a bright, joyful escape from the gray city streets and want to surround yourself with plants, beautiful food & amazing energy, you need to visit this place immediately. Bringing all my friends here next weekend!

Highly recommend "The Greens at Greenwich" for both transparency, honesty and integrity in elderly care. Mary Ellen is the best Executive Director, and our family member with severe Dementia was exceptionally taken care of and with dignity. We searched for months both inside and outside of the city and my family is just so grateful for meeting Mary Ellen and her staff and choosing this cozy, caring home for our own precious family.<br>The facilities and activities are all fantastic and we often found ourselves quickly driving up to have lunch with our family there as it was so inviting. For something so important like Dementia care I cannot praise enough this place & Mary Ellen.

We couldn't have found a better place than The Greens at Greenwich. My father consistently tells me how much he loves it there. He's SO excited about all the activities that I feel like I've "gotten my father back". Mary Ellen, the Executive Director, is literally hands on, always acts in my father's best interest, and is very responsive to my many questions. I've found ALL of the staff - nurses, aides, activities leaders, etc - to be lovingly attentive to my father's unique needs. It's a hard decision to place your loved one in a facility but you can rest assured that The Greens is doing all they can to make life better for your loved one and give you peace of mind.
