Great place , friendly , and positive experience ! It really helped me recondition myself ! Very helpful and caring nurses ! Rehab was great if it wasn’t for everyone and this place idk where I would be today ! I love the character of people there and they always put a smile on my face ,even on my worst day I give the place a five star !

(2/01/2026) I am leaving this review in extreme distress and heartbreak. My mother was hospitalized here for a stomach-related medical issue described as a “distended stomach,” and I was not notified for three full days. I only found out because I went to her nursing home to visit her and was told she wasn’t there. Yesterday was already the fourth day—and it was also her birthday. I live three hours away in Rochester. Had I known my mother was hospitalized, I would have been here immediately. Instead, I lost precious time with her, on her birthday, because no one contacted me. No call to me. No call to any emergency contact. Nothing. Being kept in the dark while your loved one is hospitalized is devastating and unacceptable. To make matters worse, I was given conflicting information about who was responsible for notifying me. One nurse told me it was someone else’s responsibility, and when I called, I was told the supervisor was the one who makes those calls. At this point, I don’t know what to believe, and that lack of clarity only adds to the pain. I have never cried as much as I did between the nursing home and this hospital on my mother’s birthday. Families deserve transparency, communication, and basic respect—especially during medical emergencies. Being informed is not optional. It is a basic duty. This experience has been traumatic, and I hope no other family has to go through this. Communication failures like this cause real harm. (A YEAR AGO) I’m actually really upset right now when I saw the negligence my mother is getting same as the room she is in I’m very upset and is heart breaking that a human is being treated like this. You can tell by looking at her she has not been taking care of and I know nurses be busy but is not her fault this place don’t have enough staff the whole floor smells likes pee and I came into the room and it was wet and I slipped and almost fell and then when I told them all they did was put blankets on top of it then they change her because this is not the first time that this happens regarding her not being changed and left dirty for hours and is really upsetting and every time I come to see her is when I can only clean her eyes because they always dirty and put chapstick on her because her lips are so dry and is literally peeling off. This place is not being cleaned as well there was bugs I saw like three in the room and I would never recommend anyone here and I’m really upset in over all because she is not being taken care of at all.

I wouldn’t even give this place one star. My son was there and the neglect he experienced along with the ignorance of the nursing staff on the second floor was horrific. I was called at 1AM and was told my son had fallen out of bed snd neuro checks were being done. Within 24 hours he was incoherent and I had to force them to send him back to the hospital.

This place needs to be shut down. The whole facility smells like urine. A loved one I know who has been in rehab for 2 weeks has gone downhill since being there. Today when I arrived she was soaked in urine. This has happened more than once. The aides actually had her in the cafeteria ready to eat while she was soaked in urine. This is neglect and against the law. If they cannot provide basic care and decency to my loved one they should be shut down and held legally responsible. I did report this to the supervisor in charge. The supervisor did state that she is suppose to be toilet every 2 hours. This does not happen because family members stay at least 3 hours with no one offering here to go to the bathroom. This is also neglect. If the grand cant give the basic care and needs of the residents especially with incontinence this is neglect plain and simple.

My mother has been there a couple of months and has had numerous trips to outside hospital ER's simply put as poor care. She has been found numerous times sitting in soiled clothing. Facility is not staffed adequately and some aids just care about a paycheck rather than providing quality care with a small bit of personal care. I would not recommend this facility to anyone that truly cares about your family
