Thanks for your beautiful care of my brother! I am incredibly grateful for the high-quality care at the Geneva Suites. On more than one occasion, they have saved the life of my sibling. Everything about the Geneva Suites is authentic and deeply respectful toward their clients. Indeed, the care partners have felt like an extension of our family over the course of these last 6 years of my sibling’s residence in the homey group homes.

Thank you Geneva Suites for being a place of professional and also compassionate care for our loved ones. My mother needed more care than I could manage on my own and having a staff who could give her the attention and daily assistance she needs, helped her so much…and also helped me. I appreciate this home like atmosphere with activities, nourishing and tasty meals and new friends.

My name is Rae and here is my story. 2 years ago I moved to Geneva Suites. I'm in a wheelchair and within the 2 years they taught me how to stand and now I walk with a walker! I was also incontinent but I'm now using the restroom with the assistance of care staff. The staff and residents are excellent and has been the most wonderful experience. I have to say The Geneva Suites is a great place to live!

All of The Geneva's Suites homes are beautiful with stunning views and each house is a little different. I highly recommend bringing your loved on here. The biggest thing to our family was the chef prepared meals, and the 1:3 staff to resident ratio and on float on the overnight so there is 24/7 care staff available.

My mom has been at The Geneva Suites Ashwood house for over a year and we are thrilled with the care and compassion she has received there. We were looking for a small, home like setting after Mom broke both hips and was unable to navigate the stairs at our house and The Geneva Suites fit the bill. I love to see the warmth the caregivers show to her as they relate to her. There is a camaraderie amongst the residents and caregivers. The nursing staff is always available for questions and take our concerns about Mom’s health seriously. The COVID restrictions have been hard on Mom but the staff has done what they can within protocol to make it possible to connect with her as much as we can. When you are looking for a loving environment for your mom or dad are a few options out there and it can be overwhelming but The Geneva Suites have exceeded our expectations and we are grateful we found them.
