I don’t know much about this facility, but I will say that when I was outside helping move a chair in for my grandpa the new maintenance manager, whose name is Was very polite, warning me not to stand in the way of where they were throwing off roofing materials, and he offered assistance with anything that we needed, and he was very, very polite and a good Stuart of the business

Not a good place if you loved one needs nursing care. They overpromised and underperformed - got the feeling that they just wanted to rent the room. Even after paying $$$ additional for the highest level of nursing care the nursing care was slow, inattentive and we had to fight to have Doctor ordered meds administered. Food was inedible. If they had been honest about the care they offered, we wouldn't have placed our mom there. But, they assured us they would provide care for her. When my mom passed away there was no condolences from the administration, no concern - poor customer service all around.

Just moved my mom to this community from Texas. So far, everyone has been so welcoming and gone out of their way to help the transition go smoothly. My mom has been in assisted-living for about seven years and i’m very involved in her care and visit the community at all different times. Very impressed so far with what I’ve seen and heard from other residents. The staff is very cheerful and compassionate and I feel they truly care for the residents.

My Mother enjoyed 3 years of independent living at The Garnett. She took advantage of the pool, the many activities, and the bus trips during that time. She needed to go up to level 4 care, after an accident, and our family could not have been happier with the excellent care she received. The head nurse, Sharon, was so responsive and helpful. Her staff was also caring and responsive to her needs. Greg and Terry spoiled her and Martin took care of all her tech problems! I would highly recommend The Garnett to anyone who is looking for independent living and assisted living arrangements.

My dad has only been here for a few months, but the care he is getting is remarkable. The staff is great and accommodates his dementia with gentleness and care. The nursing staff has been able to adjust his medications to the point that he is in good place almost all the time. And the residents are VERY welcoming and engaging. They've had some challenges with their dining service, but with a new manager recently coming on board, it appears that there are improvements all around.
