My mom has been at the Gardens of Germantown for 3 months. I am beyond grateful for the care she receives and the kindness of all of the staff. The Gardens has been a wonderful fit for my mom. She enjoys the other residents and is doing well. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Gardens.

My mother has been a resident now for over 2 years. During that time there has been many positive changes made in the staff and upper management. Our new director has been a great addition! She has been SUPER diligent on improving the way things are run and the atmosphere is positive which makes the residents feel as though they were part of her family. In fact ALL the staff is so caring. I can't thank them enough for being there and treating my family as if they were theirs. I love coming to see my Mom and I have absolute peace of mind that she is being so well cared for. Mom is very happy there! The facility is a clean and happy environment for folks that need this special care. I know more beneficial and exciting changes are still coming and I can't wait to see what G of G has planned so my mother so she can continue to have a happy life there! My one suggestion would be to install an auto player on that beautiful piano so that any resident could listen to live music anytime of the day! Thank you so much G of G!!! Keep up the good work!

Both of my parents are residents at the Gardens of Germantown. My mother has been there nearly a year and my dad nearly 6 months. I cannot say enough positive things about the care my parents are receiving. The staff are excellent and have close relationships with the residents. There have been a couple of different directors in charge since my parents have lived there. The current director is an absolute gem. She is always onsite whenever I visit. I have seen many positive changes since she has been in charge. The nurses are very caring and great about communicating with families. I am so glad to have found this wonderful place for my parents.

When we began visiting facilities for my mom, Gardens of Germantown was our first tour. After visiting a total of six facilities, none of them compared to The Gardens of Germantown. My mother moved in and we have not regretted the decision once. The facility is clean, serves amazing meals, has many activities and the staff is completely amazing. From the moment I walk in the door, I am greeted and made to feel like family. The caregivers have learned my mother’s unique needs and have made her feel comfortable and happy in her new home. They have also helped me in this transition. I have learned so much from the staff. If you are looking for a place for your loved one, I highly recommend Gardens of Germantown. They will love, care and respect your loved one during this very difficult time.
