The community comprises 57 one-bedroom apartments and 18 studio apartments designed to serve older adults seeking accessible housing options.

The Gardens is situated in a convenient central location with proximity to The Americana at Brand, Glendale Galleria, the post office, library, and senior center. This positioning allows residents easy access to shopping, services, and community resources.

The community provides a service coordinator to connect residents with community and medical services, supporting residents' access to healthcare and local resources. Common household pets are permitted in apartments, and service or assistance animals are welcome. Residents must inform management about their pets and follow pet rules covering registration, inoculation, waste disposal, and restraint in common areas to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.

Smoking is permitted only in designated areas, and residents are required to sign a non-smoking agreement.
