The Gardens at Blue Ridge Nursing Home features a clean, pleasant environment and attentive staff. The garden and activities are well-received, though response times can be slow at times. Overall, it's a good option for supportive care.

A beloved family member was there for rehab. The rehab therapists were awesome. Richard, the aide was wonderful as well.<br>As far as the rest of the staff, below normal care . No showers unless I questioned them, patient was made to have her bowel movement in her bed,(no bedpan), head day nurse was very disrespectful when I asked her questions. Absolutely no cleaning was done for two weeks.<br>Please don't send your loved ones there

I have never been in a place so horrible, I can't believe it's allowed to be open. The smell of urine is so strong that it take your breath away, the building looks like it need to be demolished.<br>Let's not talk about the staff, and the way they served the pt foods, like they are feeding pigs.<br>My hearts breaks for the patient that are still there and have no one to speak for them. If you have a family member there, and you can, get them out. I'm so sorry that I allowed my family member to stay there for two weeks. Everything the social worker say is a lie. I wouldn't let my dog stay there.
