I was at the Enclave for over 4 months. I am very grateful for the whole team. Supervisors,head nurses and the whole dietary team are amazing. Sherry, Brix and the Therapy team took excellent care of me . I am able to walk now without assistance and I am so happy to be able to go back home to my family fully independent.

I didn't want to come to rehab and I have to say I don't regret staying . My first 20 mn I spent with Landa she reassured me that I was in good hands. In nursing Natalie, Jerry , the wound care team are amazing . Tracy in dietary is amazing. Alexa from recreation, Brix , Seth, Robert in PT do such a great job. I want to say thank you to the whole team . I am going home with a great experience and walking and my wounds healed. One last thing is the food sucks , its a good way to loose weight.

I've been at the Enclave for about 4weeks and the therapy is phenomenal. The nursing staff is excellent, they take great care of me . Care team is okay and there's room for improvement. The facility is very clean, housekeeping does a great job. Thank you to Landa the concierge , crystal from recreation and Diahan and tge whole team, always so much fun , Robert and Andrea from physical therapy .

Posting this in hopes it helps another family make an informed decision before admitting a loved one here. After an acute rehab stay elsewhere, my family member was admitted to The Enclave and our overall experience was atrocious. The facility was overcrowded and dirty, and the staff-to-patient ratio was inadequate and unsafe. Patients seemed packed in with little regard for comfort or well-being and the staff was rude and unbothered. We made the decision to remove our family member shortly after admission. If you have other options, I strongly encourage you to consider them… I understand all rehab facilities/ nursing homes are mostly the same, but the Enclave is not it.

I have filed a complaint with the NYS LTC Ombudsman regarding a family member's stay. After a fall in November and a week long hospital stay, she spent three months at the Enclave receiving the absolute minimum care for them to receive medicare payments, essentially just room and board instead of rehab. After three months she was unsafely discharged and fell again within six hours of her discharge. She was admitted to another rehab facility and it was then that we realized how awful the administration of the Enclave was. Once we saw how well the other facility operated, we realized we wasted three months thinking this place was normal. Don't be fooled by their rehab rating on the medicare listings. They are gaming the system in every way they can to get that rating and then providing subpar care. I will note that the actual day to stay staff was kind and helpful when they had the time and capacity, which was rare. The PT/OT therapists were also helpful when they had the bandwidth, but everyone there is short staffed and very quick to cut corners at the first opportunity. The staff and therapists are the only reason this review is 2 stars instead of 1. The doctors/NPs/PAs are non-existent. They visit while patients are sleeping or unavailable to check the "visit" box and qualify for medicare payments, but she never saw a provider for more than a combined total of maybe an hour across the entire three months. Do not go here expecting any recovery. For our experience, it was barely more than a very expensive boarding house.
