Did a tour of the place, and like everything about it. the location was particularly important to me, in order to be close to family. Chas did an excellent job. At this time I am not ready to make the move, but when I am I will most certainly reach out to the team there.

My friend started living here in Feb.26' and it has not been a very pleasant situation. They fired the general manager on March 1st so there has not been anyone in charge until May 18th and the place has run a muck! I hope the new management can get a handle on the issues but I'm sure it will take a lot of changes and is this new person ready to do that, especially where the dining experience is involved. The amount of money these people pay to live there is astronomical and the food and dining is a large part of that and they CANNNOT seem to do it well. Time will tell but I do know that I do NOT want to have to move him again anytime soon, so fingers crossed.
