I would love to give them ZERO Star but unfortunately it doesn’t allow me, if you need their services they won’t answer your call honestly call, all you can do is just keep calling them and leave messages, I left more than 20 messages, I called for than 12 days, no one replied, FIR ALL MEDICAL INSTITUTIONS: don’t refer your patient to this place, they are the worst,

This is the worst place you can ever deal with, I have been referred to them by Kaiser, can’t tell how rude they are, you will never be able to get hold of anyone to answer you, very bad, the surgeon stressed that I have to start the therapy immediately and they don’t answer my phone for over 15 days now, I wish to tell everybody how bad is this place, I will also send this to all the medical institutions who are using their services.

Absolutely unreliable home health care agency.<br>Physical Therapy is impossible to get consistently. All you get is extreme frustration and stress. The burden is left on the patient.<br>For a patient who is eligible for 2 times a week. The most you get is 1x per week if that. Then this drawn out process takes place. You leave messages and all you get is the run around.<br>Case Management is the worst!<br>Then they hire a outside agency that nobody has heard of. Leaving the patient even more confused. I would seek treatment somewhere else. There is definitely a lot of office employees who aren't working .......if I could I would leave a zero....
