My husband and I visited his Mom this afternoon, and she was very comfortable in her room. Laundry was being done, as promised. We had some other questions, and Ashley was able to answer them to our satisfaction.<br>She will have her 1-month anniversary of being a community member on Sunday, June 11.<br>It is a beautiful and caring environment at Vista Springs Wyoming.

A friend recently moved to Cortland. She is experiencing poor response times from staff (sometimes hours) and a large turnover in workers. Avg age of the aides seems to be in the late 20s. One aide overshared with my friend. Another she had to ask to stop slamming her door so loudly. Its difficult to find people in charge, particularly on the weekends. Make sure you have someone to advocate for your loved one, because you'll need it.
