Services and offerings are accurate to marketing.<br>Reasonably priced for the accommodations provided. The staff has been super patient and helpful during an extremely difficult transitionary period for my aunt.<br>It takes a lot of compassion to be in this profession whether it be in the office, the kitchen, activities, housekeeping and beyond.<br><br>Thank you.

They moved my review down under ones from years ago hmm. RUN the food is terrible! The rooms are filthy! A resident will often wait 45 minutes or even an hour to get their push button pendant answered. They're a good $2,500 a month more thsn any other facility including Capella & the Lodge which are way nicer. The higher ups have no compassion & should not be in this business! After your love one passes you won't get a single condolence. A simple 'sorry your loved one passed' from Tristan the head case manager, or any of them. When your clearing out their room don't leave your purse or anything as they don't even have the respect to come in & out. Sad cause the under appreciated & under paid<br>caregivers are great.

Run! The food is horrible. The rooms are not cleaned well, the resident will often wait 45 minutes to an hour for their push button pendant to be answered & it is $1,800 to $2,700 more than any other facility, including The Lodge & Capella which are way nicer. The higher ups have no compassion & should not be in this business. After they have sucked your loved one dry financially, after they pass away you won't even get condolences, a simple "sorry for your loss" from Tristan the head case manager or any of them including theirs. When your clearing out after their death don't leave your phone or purse, as they will not even have the respect to not come in & out. So sad because the underappreciated & paid caregivers are great.

I am extremely disappointed with my experiences with "The Commons of Hilltop". I highly recommend considering alternatives, there are many excellent residencies and 24hr care facilities in the area with stellar reputations and ratings, superior support and better long-term health management solutions at much more reasonable rates. Do your homework.

I am torn about giving this rating because in all honesty, we are THRILLED with our mothers apartment and care from the staff. We literally have ZERO complaints about the amazing workers and the lovely facility. But if I could give the CEO/higher ups who profit from this place zero stars I would. In the 3 years we have had our mother and late father there, the prices (already ASTRONOMICAL) have continued to rise again and again, and AGAIN. This last rate hike was the THIRD in six months!! We have literally watched as many residents have been left with no other choice but to MOVE, because they can no longer afford the price hikes. It is only a matter of time before we are in the same position.....imagine the absolute sadness and nightmare of having to move an elderly parent in poor health to another facility after they have become comfortable in their "home"!! We see many of the apartments now sit empty because people can't afford them and it makes no sense!! Isn't it better to keep the prices where they were and be at full capacity than have apartments sit empty month after month? And please don't tell me the 'cost of care ' has gone up--- I've seen in job listing what they are paying their workers and it's shameful. The only explanation left is pure greed. Full stop. I only wish I knew how to get this message to the people who are profiting off this. My prayer is that they never have to make the choice of figuring out what to do with THEIR 89 year old parents when the $ runs out-- but of course, that won't be a problem for them, will it?<br>A huge thank you to the amazing staff. A huge something else to the CEO of the Commons. Not sure how you sleep at night. 💔
