Just giving a shoutout to Anthony - we have submitted two different work orders over the past month - Anthony responded same day for both issues. Nice guy, good work. Also love the office staff, Ashley and Kayla.

Downsized from almost 3800 sqft to just under 900 sqft was a scary thought but happy we chose Centerbrooke. After touring several others and thinking we had made a bad decision since they all looked like a glorified shipping container, we were pleasantly surprised with Centerbrooke's 2 Bed 2 Bath floor-plan with Deck. Since moving, we couldn't be happier. Everything is close by, the staff and residents are very welcoming. Encountering our first need for maintenance, the response was almost immediate and not sure where they hired Anthony the lead maintenance man, but this guy is top tier. He takes his desire to satisfy very personal not stopping till the job exceeds expectations. His professional approach and appearance coupled with being a pleasant person is refreshing and reinforces that we made the right decision moving here.

I love living here, it's quiet and tucked away, the staff is friendly and professional. I have not had any major problems within the apartment. The apartment is very nice and bright, I have a 2 bed/ 2 bath. If I have anything to complain about it would be that when I moved in a little over 2 years ago, the old staff didn't change out the bathroom sink in the guest bathroom which has coffee cup rings from a previous tenant on it, but it doesn't bother me to the point where I would ask for a replacement. I'm just happy to live in a place where everyone is nice and the environment is kept clean and bug free. Thank you to the staff for all their hard work. I would like to give a special shout out for the newest member of maintenence, Anthony, I had the pleasure of meeting him when he came and promptly fixed my shower head the same day I put my work order in. Anthony went above and beyond! Thank you Anthony!

Anthony, Mtnce Super, installed new kitchen faucet in 15 years. It was a challenge, but he powered through magnificently. Thank you so much for your professional service.

Mold in the ac closet . Reported but not properly abated. Our AC was out for months. We bought two window units. We have had about 5 maintenance workers come and go over the past 3 years. At times the trash which you pay to have picked up goes for 5 days. The trails are not maintained so you can't use them with a walker or wheelchair. The staff in the office do not get out and walk the property. Take a look at the rust on the stairs and the dirt on the siding. The ac units are all failing due to age that is why you see it level units installed all over the place. Believe me they need new management. Also my wife and I are both retired Navy veterans. Because we decided to break the lease due to mold and lack of maintenance they want us to pay back the $25.00 dollars a month credit they gave us for being retired military veterans! Can't believe that one!
