I would strongly discourage anyone from placing a loved one in this facility. The roach infestation is completely out of control and despite claims of pest control services twice a month, it either isn’t happening or is completely ineffective.

My father was assaulted by another resident and neither my brother nor I were notified by staff. We had to hear about it directly from him. The only “solution” provided was separating them during lunch.

There have also been multiple incidents where my father has fallen and remained on the floor unattended for hours. We were also informed that the emergency pull cords either do not function properly or fail to alert staff in a timely manner.

Communication from management is terrible. I have sent multiple emails requesting information and assistance and have received little to no response. This facility feels careless, poorly managed, and literally falling apart.

Even the so-called backyard area is basically treated as a smoking section, making it impossible for residents with lung or breathing issues to enjoy being outside.

Extremely disappointed and concerned for the safety and well-being of the residents here.

EDIT: I appreciate your response addressing the pest control but while that's a huge, unsanitary problem, it still is the least of our problems considering your broken emergency cords, lack of timely response to emergencies that could be fatal and your response conveniently ignores and doesn't address any of these other issues. I encourage all who have gone through a similar, heart breaking situation to file a formal complaint.
