The you manager greeted us in the lovely lobby of The Claiborne. She gave us an overview of what the facility offers, the amenities, and the types of living spaces. Then we took a thorough tour. All of our questions were answered.

My dad loves it at the Claiborne! Everyone has been so sweet and caring with him. Management staff has been the same with me, the daughter caregiver. Yes, it is a beautiful campus with lots of things to do. But it became a second family in a way.

There is not a better place to take/ have your loved ones than The Clairborne. The first experience is with Teresa Hamlett, Community Relations Director. She is so knowledgeable, caring. Every person in The Clairborne knows her and she knows them, and their family story.<br><br>Everyone at The Clairborne is top notch; they embrace the Ritz Carton customer service, the "gold standard". Not just Teresa, but the whole staff, including the FOX Rehab team- Maranda and Kristin specifically - The property is like a resort.<br><br>We were looking at memory care for my mom, and I know she would have loved being there. She toured the property and she felt comfortable talking to everyone. My whole family toured The Clairborne, and we all want to be move here when we are at that age.<br><br>I "shopped " around for other memory care faculties. There is no place that comes close to all you want for your loved ones. The around the clock care, body heat cameras, they have all the technology to make sure your loved one is safe and well cared for.<br><br>When I walked out of The Clairborne for the first time. I cried. I knew my mom would be safe and comfortable at The Clairborne. And the pricing is comparable to the competition, and you get so much more at the Clairborne. There really is no competition for The Clairborne.<br><br>Call Theresa at the Clairborne for your tour. This will be your last stop for finding the perfect place for your loved one.

From the moment that we walked in, we felt welcomed! The receptionist greeted us with a delightful smile and cheery hello. Teresa gave us a tour of the memory care unit. I was amazed at the smiles, the laughter and joy was apparent with the staff and the residents. I told Teresa that I felt love in this facility. She was exceptionally helpful, personable and professional.

Enjoyed touring the Claiborne at Brickyard Crossing with Teresa Hammett on February 22, 2026. She was professional and knowledgeable and answered all our questions about the facility and cost. The residents and staff were pleasant and friendly. The building was very clean and beautifully furnished. I would love to retire there.
