Don’t walk, run away if you value your life and safety. This place is dirty and staffed with lazy people incompetent “nurses “.

The staff at Hallmark Healthcare and Rehab Center were absolutely amazing. Patricia and Shane and a few other Faculty showed genuine passion and compassion during this very distressing time. Patricia literally held my hand through the entire ordeal and worked tirelessly to find a successful last-minute solution for my loved one—something I truly believe was God-led. Ms. Betty, the evening nurse, was a true standout, but every nurse I encountered who cared for my loved was wonderful—I just wish I had gotten all their names. The support shown to my loved one and me at this facility meant so much. I am incredibly grateful and have no complaints. This was truly a blessed experience. Thank you all and may God bless each one of you!

I'm a retired hospital nurse (1999) and this is some of my complaints. The staff are very inexperienced, work short (especially at night). My wife spent 2 terrible, and nasty conditions for 2 weeks. I had to come in almost every night to help my wife to the bathroom because no one answered her call light. When I got there, there were no one at the nursing station and there were several call lights going off. I attempted to contact the nursing station several times with no answer! The facility is very dirty and run down, paint is chipping, floors are dirty. The staff is always working short staffed and the residents have to bear that as well as pay for staying there. My wife was on a renal diet, yet she got a regular and nasty tray almost every meal. My complaints went unresolved. Very poor patient care! Thank God I got her transferred out of this nasty place!
