HORRIBLE PLACE! Your loved one’s will end up unattended if they can’t care for themselves. The staff is lazy, management collects a check and the building smells of urine. Your loved one’s will end up in the hospital due to the negligence of the staff! The Facility is in need of repairs, they collect money from Medicaid, Medicare and Private Insurance but the facility is falling apart. Employees are on their phones not assisting residents calling out for help, lying in their urine/feces and uncovered. It’s disgusting and shameful the way the sick and elderly are treated there!Management is uncaring and no better!

The all the stuff is great and pt team is great. My stay was a very important part of my recovery. I so glad that I went there. Don't think that I would be doing as good as I am. Thank you all for the care

I've been in oakbrook health and rehab now for several years since 2019 my last nursing home was run down and all they cared about was money. Oakbrook is clean they care for you. They're a little understaffed but they get the job done anyway.

The staff at Oakbrook rehab center really care about their patients. My brother has been there 5 years and he is treated like family by the nurses and staff. Thank you so much 🙏

Would have given 5 starts if it would have not been for cold substandard meals. The meds being administered at different times from the night crew. **This is due to shot staffing and not the ethics of the team in the building. As for PT they are phenomenal and have helped get my mom back on track to 100%. I would totally recommend this facility. Come in with an open mind and be willing to work hard.
