I had a wonderful experience visiting The Bridge at Inverrary. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Safiya , who was absolutely excellent at the front desk. She has such a genuine energy and a natural ability to connect with people — you can truly feel her passion for what she does. I was also delighted to meet with Executive Director Taron Morton and Charmaine, both of whom were welcoming and informative. It was great to learn that The Bridge offers Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Rehabilitation — all on the same property, which provides residents with convenience and continuity of care. The community itself is organized, tidy, and very welcoming. Both the residents and staff exude warmth and friendliness, creating a caring and positive atmosphere throughout. The Bridge at Inverrary is a great option for anyone seeking a vibrant and compassionate senior living community.

My family member has been a resident for over a year..now wheelchair bound..unfortunately very limited aide staff especially on the weekends..I got there mid morning (930 am) and family member was still in bed not cleaned and not fed breakfast....only 1aide for the facility that day..this happens multiple times from what the staff member said..Have also visited with my family member double diapered..sitting in wet diapers( if its not leaking thru they are not wet .. to lazy to check)..was told by the aide manager this is against policy yet still continuing knowing this promotes infection and skin breakdown. They don't chk frequently as required for wheelchair bound patients..have also noted mid morning and afternoon snacks not offered to maintain calories as well as water (drinks) have also mentioned this to aide manager (still not happening)..water container is on the counter in the dining area some residents who are wheelchair bound cannot get to it..for the cost of the facility its lacking staff to maintain the needs of wheelchair bound residents especially those who have trouble communicating. This is an assisted living but seems most fend for themselves..Facility is clean and looks well..apartments are good size .. but this is not as important as keeping our family members healthy...For the price of the facility they should be able to afford more aides to assist in their basic needs of daily living.

Went and visited the Bridge at Inverrary assisted living part. I thought it was very nice and quiet. Apartment size is nice both the studio and the 1 bedroom. We are looking for a place for a family member and I think they would be happy here.
