The Front Desk staff are kind and helpful. Not only to the guests but to the residents. I've witnessed different interactions on my visits between them. And I love to see how they interact with the residents. They're patient and very attentive in listening and caring for their concerns & needs. I especially love the cleanliness and resh-smelling fragrance of the establishment. This is a constant! I am very thankful my family found this place for my dad. He loves it as well.

The living facility was extremely clean. Staff was very polite and helpful as I was checking in. It was a very pleasant experience as a healthcare worker to be greeted by staff an assistant throughout the check-in process up until I had to check out I would recommend this living facility For anyone who is interested in bringing a loved one here.

My mother resides at Garden Plaza. She is very happy there and has many friends. Residents and Staff are always very friendly and caring.

Kristie was wonderful and very knowledgeable. The apartments a little dated, however, very spacious with plenty of storage.
