I have had the pleasure of working with this assisted living facility several times over the years. They work hard to provide a safe, inviting environment for their community. I always recommend The Bridge to anyone looking for quality care for a loved one.

I’ve been connected to The Bridge at Charleston for many years and have seen major changes since Life Care Services took over. My parents lived there, which allowed me to get to know many residents and staff members.<br>In my view, the community was stronger before the ownership change. Since then, I’ve seen experienced employees leave and growing frustration among staff, along with confusion about expectations. Its important to look behind what you see on the surface.<br>I’m concerned about how this turnover and uncertainty may affect residents. While frontline employees continue to work hard, families should stay involved, ask questions, and make sure their loved ones are receiving the care and support they deserve. Its important to look behind what you see on the surface.<br>I share this not to criticize staff, but to express concern about the community’s direction and encourage families to stay informed.

The Bridge was absolutely wonderful when it came to my mother’s care. They were instrumental in getting something checked off her bucket list and for that I am incredibly grateful. They helped her out in more ways than I can count. I couldn’t have asked for a better place for my mom to spend her final days.
