Moving a loved one into memory care is never an easy decision, but Kimberly Walters and her team at Stratford Place is helping to make the transition feel like joining their family. She is walking beside my Dad-in-love during each step of the process.<br>The facility is warm and inviting from the moment you walk in. We enjoyed a delicious meal during our lunch tour and got to meet their chef. He truly cares about the meals that he creates for their residents.<br>The caregivers are genuinely kind and patient, treating the residents with true dignity and respect.<br>It is such a relief to have peace of mind knowing that my Mom-in-love will be safe, engaged in daily activities, and well cared for around the clock.<br>I highly recommend Stratford Place to any Lowcountry family who is navigating through dementia care and ready to begin the next season with their loved one! May God bless Kimberly and her team as they continue to bless others!!

I wanted to add to my first review…. My mom has been at Stratford Place, in memory care, about a month now, I know I made the right decision placing my mom here. It is truly a remarkable place for your aging love one. Every staff member has just made my mom feel at home and I know that I can trust them. I just wanted to say 🙏 Thank you ❣️❣️❣️8/17/2026<br><br>From the first time when walked in it felt like a place for my mom. Kimberly Walters, is a very special lady, she made me feel that she and the staff would take excellent care of my mom. Stephanie Hager, the nurse, answered all of mine and my mom’s questions. I just knew that my mom is going to be in a safe place.

UPDATE: my mother passed away on July 20, 2026 in the facility at Stratford Place. All I can say is the staff were so loving and caring with my mother towards the end. They provided comfort and care for her as well as my brother and sister and I. The staff always asked how we were doing. Inquired if we needed anything. These people are truly angels. You cannot be in this profession without caring and loving what you do.<br><br>My brother and sister and I recently placed our 87-year-old mother in memory care with Stratford Place. It was a decision that we did not make lightly. My mother has adjusted beautifully to Stratford Place. She is starting to make friends and feeling comfortable. The staff is very patient and tender with my mother. They’re always very friendly when we come in for visits. I feel so much better knowing that my mother is in a safe place.

Mom was well cared for at Stratford Memory Care. Staff were attentive and kept us, the children, informed of any changes or needs. Staff were supportive throughout the time Mom was present, and especially during Mom's last few days before her passing. We were very pleased with all aspects of Mom's stay at Stratford Place.

I had the pleasure of meeting Derek the Administrator at Stratford Place and he's Amazing he loves and cares for the Residents what I like about him the most is how he treats his Staff and Families Our DON Mrs Stephanie is also Amazing She is kind and friendly to all Come and do a Tour with Kimberly our Sales Director she is wonderful she greets every one with a smile Thank you All for taking such Great Care for the Residents at Stratford Place
