People beware I arrived here a 9pm at night after taking medical shuttle from Woodlands I choose this place for convince for my wife so that she didn't have to drive to the Woodlands to check on me, big mistake. After my 2 hrs drive with a bad back and neck and a recent knee replacement I needed pain medication the medication I took early was a 5pm I had requested medication and thought I would receive my BP and sleep medication shortly. It's now 7am the next day with no sleep a massive headache from high blood pressure and pain in my neck, back knee. Still no relief. I was told that there are only three nurses and it may be awhile. This isn't even 12 hrs yet and I have seen any help. My advice would look for a better place to bring yourself to. This is not a medical run facility and if your are needing attention find some place else. Do listen to reviews they probably not real. .Still waiting BTW beds are hard blankets are thin and people just bust in your room.
