My mother was just moved there today. I live in Kentucky and called and ask to speak with her. I was told they do not have a cordless phone and no phones in the rooms. Really? This is 2024 and there is no way to speak to a loved one that they are supposed to be taking good care of! Most unbelievable thing I have heard lately! I’m so unhappy my poor mom has to spend a week there. Thank God I live in Kentucky. I sure as heck would not recommend such a backward place to have a loved in! I know it’s just a phone but makes me wonder what ever else they are lacking in.

My sister spent the last 4 years of her life there. It became her home and all of the employees became a part of her family. On day trips when she got tired she would state that she was ready to go home. She felt loved and didn't worry because she was not alone. When she chose not to have a pace maker Sabrina Welch her nurse sat and explained everything to her and answered all of her questions. She left us with no fears yet feeling surrounded by family and the people she had grown to care about. I could not have asked for more. Love this place.
