Moved my mom into CPSL memory care about 2 months ago. We searched and toured many facilities, and ultimately decided to place my mom here even though it's an hour away from us. The quality of care and value for the money are unmatched. You can find somewhat cheaper facilities, but they will be a far cry from the level of care given here - and you can spend much more money and still get a worse environment and care. Could not be more thankful or recommend CPSL enough. Editing Nov 2025 My mother passed away last week. I am SO THANKFUL for the staff here that made her final months peaceful and love filled. I cant speak enough to how wonderful every visit was. She was always cared for, and I always got good communication from the staff. Truly a blessing to our family.

Well, since I cannot Edit my review, I am writing a follow up review. A reminder to myself, never write a review until you have had a full experience with a place or person. Country Place is a beautiful, clean, relatively new facility. Just remember, clean and pretty don't make a care facility, it is only as good as the people who work inside the building. This Assisted Living/Memory Care does have some truly caring and qualified employees and to them I am extremely grateful. Then there are those who are just there to collect their paycheck and go home. And then there are those who are understandably about numbers and marketing. As with any facility that cares for elderly human beings, always go and visit at different times of the day, every day you possibly can, ask questions, get to know the staff. Just be careful asking questions that pertain to the quality of care for your loved one, some people don't like to be questioned or expected to fulfill the obligation of their position. If your family member is unable to speak for themselves, I wouldn't recommend a facility unless you have the ability to hire a private caregiver to have your back at all times that you can not be there. I'm thinking this must be true for any elder care facility.

Country Place now owns my heart! After moving my dad from a "warehousing facility" in Tomball to Country Place Senior Living Memory Care, I truly know what a good facility and truly compassionate caring staff are all about! Ashley, Amanda, Blanca and their staff really do listen to their families and their residents needs and do everything possible to accommodate their needs. The facility is always clean, safe and monitored. The meals are good. The facility itself is so bright, cheerful and designed with dementia patients in mind to keep them from sliding into darkness. I love that they have so many activities and keep the residents engaged instead of leaving them to sit in their rooms. Every single staff member hugs the residents and tells them they are loved and they are always happy and upbeat! I hope I never have to be a resident of memory care, but if I do, I hope Country Place is still there and still being Directed by Ashley Rios!

My mother-in-law and aunt are in the memory care unit at Country Place. I can’t say enough about the quality of loving care they’ve received. Ashley, the director, is completely hands-on and has a huge heart for all of the residents. While all of the staff is truly amazing, I have to also give an extra thank you to Marissa, Letty, and Wendy for not just the care - but the love and joy they bring to their patients. You all have been such a blessing to us. You have our deepest gratitude.
