Due to the facility's repeated failure to provide necessary care, I would not recommend it. Notably, there is a lack of advocates for residents with memory impairments, and staff are unkind when family members advocate on their behalf.

They left medication on a patients counter without making sure he took them. And they didn’t notice a blood clot that caused him to have to go to the hospital and get his whole foot removed. They need to pay more attention to their patients. If I could give zero stars I would!

The nurse left a patients medicine on his bedside table and didn't stay and make sure he took it. That is not ok. That's a state violation. Some should really make sure they have people working here that can do their jobs.

A 5 star facility! Highly impressed with the professionalism of the staff. The residents are up, dressed and happy. Kudos to Maintenance - because the floors are so clean and shinny - the glare almost blinds you!!! Thanks for the hospitality - B. Barber Oil Trough, AR
