My grandma was in there for rehab. All the staff were fantastic. The nurses and CNAs were wonderful, always anticipating her needs before she ever had to ask. Therapy was phenomenal. Memaw was in great hands there and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience where so was concerned.

My brother-in-law was at The Springs of Batesville for several weeks and our family consensus is that these folks are miracle workers. The nurses, rehab staff, aides, cleaning crew, were all wonderful. Even the food was good…not just “edible,” but good! He had been in a different facility following a fall last year, but the business office at The Springs went out of their way to help us find resources and programs no one had ever told us were available. I almost hesitate to share what a positive experience we had because frankly, when word gets out, everyone in town will beat a path to their door.

I must say that my opinion of this Facility has changed. You have taken good care of my brother in law as he is taken this last chapter of his cancer journey and soon to gain his Heavenly reward. And a huge thank you to Hospice for helping him and my sister. Keep working on making this Facility the very best for your residents, Facility, and families that trust you all with their family members. Have a very blessed day.

I just want to tell you how much I appreciate Glenda. I have mobility problems and she always helps me with my gown. Thank you for having her stationed up front to help. Mom looked good today. She looked clean and well kept. Thank you for taking care of the precious person who gave me life. I appreciate it so very much!!!
