My husband was transferred to Blossoms for rehab. They were very professional and so kind and friendly. I would like to thank David, Laura, Sherry, Sheila and Cathy. They were so patient and gentle with my husband who is quite fragile. They even taught me the best way to take care of him at home. I am forever grateful. Lane, the social worker, was instrumental in helping me get care at home and the right equipment for me to take care of him at home. Having said that, I found the day to day nursing care quite disappointing.

The nurses and all the aids go far and beyond But the administrator is terrible. Don't keep records up to date with medication list to be given to your loved one. If I had not been here my husband would have been given wrong medication because the administrator didnt put in the new records from the hospital. Not the nurses fault at all its the person running this place!!!

My uncle was transferred to the Blossoms for rehab from St Vincents in Little Rock. He arrived by ambulance late at night. When my elderly aunt went to see him the next morning about 11, he was naked in the bed and cold covered with a thin blanket only. No shoes, no clothes. A hospital gown was on the floor. She said it smelled bad and was dirty. Needless to say she took him home despite having been in ICU for 5 days. Inexcusable in my opinion!

My granny has been in the nursing home here since 2022. (3.5 years) She has always been well taken care of, by friendly staff. She loves to play bingo there, they always have plenty of fun activities to keep them busy! They even allow our church to come sing for them when we request to! The nurses always paint her nails regularly (which she loves). The facility is always clean and maintained. I’m so thankful she is in a safe place with 24/7 care. We are so blessed to have a place such as this in our small town!! Thank you Blossoms! We appreciate every single one of you!

The Blossoms at Mountain View have been so good to my family while staying there. The staff are all so personable and friendly. The building is clean and smells nice. My loved one has been in and out on multiple occasions and it was nice to have the same smiling faces each time. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone is cared for and happy. The administrator is always friendly and is always welcoming with any concerns. The administrator is always quick to jump and get things done anytime I had an issue. We are so blessed to have this place in our small town to care for our elderly loved ones.
