This place is a complete joke they serve the worst food to them more than likely they do this so they can cut back on costs so they can keep the money! They use cheap Frozen cuts of meat all the time and if they don't have enough they pull something out of the freezer and mix it with some nasty barbecue sauce!!!! They don't even have a grill and they always boil their vegetables making them nasty and mushy! It's completely and totally disgusting! Most of the residents there they have dementia and they don't ever have anybody qualified there to take care of them! They need to be investigated immediately because I truly believe they're pocketing the money that they're supposed to be using on the residents!

My husband was there during Covid time for rehab. They were excellent he regained his mental his strength his ability to walk. They are wonderful. When he went in he couldn’t operate tv or phone and did not want to. In no time he was back almost to normal in all ways. The only negative if I had a negative would be under staffed at night and weekends which made it hard on patients and staff. Food was great. Pleasant and clean Clients family was welcome at all times even to eat with them. Holidays also

Southridge Village is the best. My great aunt went through rehab there multiple times, she was always given the best care by all the staff. The caregivers are attentive, and all of them go above and beyond. I have family members who are employed at Southridge, I visit the facility often. The building is always clean and I am always greeted with so much kindness. In my opinion They are all one big family-staff, residents, and family members. Southridge is definitely one of the best.
