I’ve had a really great experience with the sales department and administrative team at The Barclay at Santa Rosa Beach. From the beginning, everyone has been friendly, professional, and willing to help with any questions or concerns that came up during the process. The sales team did a great job keeping me informed and making sure I understood each step, while the admin team has been helpful with all of the paperwork and details that come with moving into a new home. Everyone has been patient, responsive, and easy to work with. Moving can be stressful, but having a team that is helpful and easy to communicate with makes a huge difference. I really appreciate everything the sales and admin teams have done to make the process as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend The Barclay at Santa Rosa Beach to anyone looking for a new apartment!<br>Thank you

I’ve had a great experience with The Barclay at Santa Rosa Beach, especially throughout the move-in process. Everything can feel overwhelming when moving into a new home, but the process has been made so much easier thanks to Allison Pickett, the Sales Coordinator.<br>Allison has been extremely helpful, responsive, and patient throughout the entire process. She has gone above and beyond to answer my questions, keep me updated, and make sure everything is taken care of. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about making the move-in experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.<br>I really appreciate all of Allison’s help and would definitely recommend The Barclay at Santa Rosa Beach to anyone looking for a new home. Having someone like Allison there to help along the way has made a huge difference!

I’m in the process of moving my husband into the memory care side of The Barclay. As many others have noted, the facility is beautiful inside and out and every person from the front desk to administrators have been so very nice seeing how stressed I’ve been. From the beginning of this process, I’ve been working with Allison, who has been not only professional, but caring and compassionate. She understands how hard this is and has done her best to help me navigate the necessary elements of this major change in our lives including getting the room, moving furniture, clothes, etc. Realizing that everyone at The Barclay deals with this everyday, I feel better that I can call on her for guidance. Every single person, no matter their position, has shown me they care; I’m picking out Allison because she is the constant in my experience. Knowing everything I know now, I’d tell anyone who asks that this is the place for their loved one and if you can, ask for her.

The AC hasn't been working for months on the side that my relative is on from what I'm hearing and thats unacceptable. I could see a few days or a couple weeks but for months as hot as its been this summer is ridiculous.i will be looking into this matter more thoroughly because its really unacceptable. Always check on your people..other than that no other complaints but that's a big one and needs to be corrected ASAP. Thank You
