Josh is an excellent person who takes great pride in what he does. His dedication, honesty, and strong work ethic are evident in the way he serves others every day. It’s reassuring to know that the residents at The Arbors of Russellville are in good hands. Josh genuinely cares about people and approaches his work with professionalism, integrity, and compassion. The positive impact he makes on those around him does not go unnoticed. I highly recommend Josh’s leadership and appreciate all that he does for the community.

I think they need new Managers or something else needs to happen because the 2 lazy Managers need to stop making there employees do there jobs and the food man let me tell you taste like something from prison and to the woman that pick up the Managers slack thank yall for all yall do to make people feel at home I am truly grateful God bless

I have lived at The Arbor’s for a little over 2 years. I am very happy I made the decision to come here for my final days. The Arbor’s has fulfilled my needs in every way. I commend our Director, and every staff member here. They Love us. Our staff makes me feel special, we are family. I appreciate them all. Thank you everyone, u are all a blessing to me.

The Arbors is a wonderful, beautiful facility! I work for Hospice Home care in Russellville and we have had many hospice and palliative patients at this facility. All of their residents have nothing but wonderful things to say about the facility and staff, and we have also sent many of our patients there to live. They always have activities and different things for the residents to do so they feel more at home. The administrator Mitzi is absolutely wonderful to work with and has the biggest heart. She will fight tooth and nail for her residents and make sure they get what deserve. They become like family to all of the staff, and I can tell just by going in there and talking with them that they love all of the staff like family. They celebrates birthdays, anniversary’s and holidays with all of the residents and makes each and everyone one of them feel so special and like they are at home. I recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for somewhere to send there loved ones. I know it is hard to make the decision but here you will not be disappointed!

This magnificent Facility seems too good to be true! We moved my 85 year old father in to this independent living facility about a year ago, and it has exceeded all of our expectations. My wife and I had been looking for a place for my father for quite some time, once we met the very friendly and helpful staff we knew, without a doubt, this was the place! the grounds
