My Mother moved into the Arbors at Dracut 3 months ago. Leaving her home of 60 years was very emotional & difficult but has proven to be the best decision she & we could have made.<br><br>From our initial meeting & conversations with Anne-Marie Sousa, we knew this was “THE PLACE” for our Mother. The facility is beautifully furnished, very well maintained & offers many activities. Every staff member we met was warm & cheerful & seemed genuinely pleased to welcome our Mother to the community.<br><br>Now that she’s settled into her apartment, which is bright, cheery & comfortable, we take comfort in knowing she is safe & well cared for. We’ve found the staff to be extremely helpful, compassionate & pleasant. It’s also been wonderful to see her participating in so many activities. In fact, sometimes when we call to come for a visit, she can’t see us because she’s too busy - and that makes us all happy!<br><br>We wholeheartedly recommend the Arbors of Dracut if you’re looking for the next home for your loved one. We couldn’t be more pleased & we sleep better knowing she's safe & happy!

My family and I are very grateful for the care and support our dad has received at The Arbors at Dracut. From the beginning, the staff has been kind, compassionate, and attentive to his needs! It has given our family tremendous peace of mind knowing that he is in a safe and caring environment.<br>The staff have treated our dad with dignity and respect, and we truly appreciate the patience and personal attention they give him. They have also been wonderful about communicating with our family and keeping us informed.<br>Choosing an assisted living facility for our dad was not an easy decision, but we feel fortunate to have found a place where our dad is cared for and valued. Thank you to the entire team at The Arbors of Dracut for everything you do! We would gladly recommend this community to other families looking for a caring home for their loved ones.

Would like to thank everyone at the Arbors for the exceptional care that was provided for my Dad when he was a resident here. Although Dad passed two years ago this week I am still grateful to everyone for all the devoted attention I witnessed, with all of their residents. We were so lucky to be able to move Dad here the first week of March 2020, and were looking forward to gathering family to celebrate his Birthday in the function room on March 14th. Well between March 7th. and March 14th. , the world shut down due to the Covid pandemic. I can't say enough about how amazing this facility and it's staff responded and preformed during this most unique and stressful time period.<br>On behalf of my Dad, Donald F. We couldn't be happier with The Arbors Assisted Living. From the moment we walked through the doors, the Director, AnnMarie Sousa made us feel completely welcome. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care helped ease what could have been a very stressful transition.<br><br>My 92 year old mother has settled in beautifully and is truly thriving. The staff is attentive, compassionate, and always willing to go the extra mile. The environment is both safe and engaging, with plenty of activities that keep her mentally and socially active.<br><br>Seeing her so content and well cared for brings our whole family peace of mind. The Arbors is more than just a facility - it's a community that feels like home. We're incredibly grateful to AnnMarie and the entire team for the care and support they've shown our family.<br><br>Highly recommend!

The Arbors is a facility that is well thought out for the care of aging adults. My parents moved into a two bedroom in January after living 60 years in their home. Anne Marie was instrumental in helping making this transition as seamless as possible. The common areas are very comfortable and inviting. Their 2 BR apartment is spacious and cozy. The caring staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is delicious. My folks look a lot healthier since they moved in 4 months ago and I think the care has a lot to do with it. It is a relief to my family knowing that my parents are safe and well cared for. If you are considering this move for your parents, I highly recommend it.
