My husband went to the ER at three in the morning due to burning neck, pain shooting down his back into his leg after he was in a very bad car accident a couple of weeks ago Carly Billiot was his nurse practitioner and she is the rudest most incompetent nurse practitioner I have ever had the presence of getting to know she doesn’t listen to her patience. She doesn’t do what’s best for her patience she judges a book by its cover. She had the audacity to argue with my husband. She denied an MRI. He was wheeled into the hospital in a wheelchair. He was crying he could not walk, and she would not prescribe him the medicine that he has been prescribed at the same hospital before which was tramadol, not even a high narcotic She does not deserve to have the position she has. She is the rudest most evil woman that has ever worked in a hospital setting something needs to be done. We are filing a complaint against her. Hopefully something happens in HR doesn’t just stick up for their own. She needs to get what’s coming to her and I will be suing her in civil court matters. She has no bedside manner. She has no idea how to talk to a human being as if she were not a human herself, I pray that she has a change of heart and God works in her to become a better person because as of tonight she is the devil she has hate in her heart and doesn’t have any empathy for her patience whatsoever she does not listen to their needs And Or the fact that the patient knows their body more than anyone else I think she needs to be fired from this job because she doesn’t have any bedside manner if you get a woman named Carly Billiot as a nurse practitioner please request a new doctor and a nurse practitioner she will not help you in anyway shape or form that is needed She will dismiss all of your concerns and pain. I believe the problem here is. because she’s not even a doctor it’s probably why she’s so Mad. This is in God’s hands now and she will be getting what’s coming to her

Took my husband to er for pain and swelling in his face. The er doc did bloodwork, cat scan , and gave antibiotics. They found the problem causing the pain ,and swelling. They took care of it .The doc and nurse were very professional and friendly. What could have been a very painful experience for my husband, was handled correctly and in a timely manner. Thank you , Rhonda Buquet. Mother’s Day 2026

I went to Terrebonne General Emergency Department several times a couple months before before I was diagnosed with lupus. I had the butterfly rash, which is the hallmark sign of lupus and no one thought to do the blood work for that. Instead, I was given many tests like X rays, ultrasounds, and pregnancy tests that did not give any answers. It took about five tries and more than one staff member just to place an IV in my arm. The last person who my mother & I allowed to attempt my IV had to use an ultrasound. As an 18 year old high school senior, this was very scary and stressful for me.After I switched to a different provider, I was diagnosed at my first visit. This made me realize that answers could have been found much sooner.I am sharing my experience to encourage more careful and thorough care for patients from the beginning.

My husband broke his leg..went to Terrebonne ER..was put in a temporary cast and written a prescription. He left with his paperwork thinking that the prescription for his medication was in the paperwork. It was not. They don’t want to write him a prescription and are saying they gave it to him. They did not. Make sure you have your prescription before you leave because they will not write you one if they said they gave you one but didn’t.
