Dr. Eleisa Floyd is one of the nicest doctors I've been to. The nurses always are on top of what's going on and take care of the patients very well.

Always a great experience at Start. From the moment you walk in with the welcoming sweet door greeter ( Mary) to the friendly front desk team making check-in quick and easy. The nurses are patient, kind, and take the time to listen to every concern. A special shout-out to my Doctor Eleisa Floyd who is very compassionate, thorough, and always make sure I understand everything about my care. Thanks to the entire team at Start❤️

Eleisa and her nurse are absolutely amazing. Every visit feels focused on me my health, my well-being, and pushing me to keep improving. Couldn’t ask for better care. 🤍

OK I love this place. I have been coming to this establishment since coming hit mental health, primary health,and recently the dentist. Harry Brown is excellent with mental health and drug addiction therapy, they have counseling, all under one roof. Lacy always has my appointments set up, I love all of these people they work hard and love their patients. Although it's very clean, Miranda is the best my only complaint is since she has been gone it's not as clean. My mom had to pick up all kinds of trash so my niece wouldn't choke or put in her mouth. Miranda never would have had anything dragging. Idk where she is but they need her back ASAP.... love Pam ❤️
