To : Charlie Pierce and his entire Staff From : Lawrence Noel Sr. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank the Administrative staff, Nurses , Respiratory, Wound Care, CNA’s, House Keeping, and Transportation department of Chateau Terrebonne for such amazing team work in caring for my brother. What you did for him over the pass five and a half was exemplary. You set a very high bar, and a model to be imitated. Your level of care was given with dignity and respect. My family could rest knowing we didn’t have to worry about my brother when hours came that we weren’t there. The Chateau Terrebonne administrative staff, and the first line direct care team became an extended family to us. These individuals were courteous, kind, and understanding of my brother’s needs. Visiting with my brother was a daily routine mission for our family, my brother was made comfortable, clean, and well groomed. We the family asked to be trained in some para professional area just to have hands on contact with him. Chateau Terrebonne understood and complied with our request. To the Noel’s extended family at Chateau Terrebonne Rehabilitation Facility, we appreciate you for your services that was provided to my brother, we were pleased. Thanks again, The Noel’s

On 12/24/2025, I, a family member experienced an interaction with a member of the nursing staff that was deeply concerning. The staff member refused to properly identify himself (only stating Jude and a nurse), communicated in an aggressive and dismissive manner, and made comments that were unprofessional and inappropriate in a healthcare setting. The interaction escalated unnecessarily, I was hung up on, which caused distress to us as the family members who were advocating for patient care. When concerns were raised, there appeared to be a lack of accountability and urgency from the facility. Patients and families deserve respectful communication, transparency, and professionalism at all times. I strongly encourage leadership to address staff conduct, reinforce professional standards, and ensure that patient-centered care is consistently upheld. I was informed that he is “only part time” there which makes it more concerning. From diligent research, Jude Millien LPN is the individual who does not appear to uphold standards of the PRACTICAL NURSING board. I am asking for review of his subpar behavior, as I write the unfortunate complaints with the appropriate parties. Thanks!

I have been a resident here for over 13 years. I love it here. I have my special friends. I have a lot of great friends. My top friends are Candice. At the front desk. The MDS Department. Tish,Krissy and Paul.I would recommend. Chateau Terrebonne to anyone looking for Nursing Home. I have a big happy Family over here.

Im a friend to a family whose mother is currently residing here and is on hospice. Please my suggestion would be to never put your family in this disgraceful place. They are rude, lazy, and can care less about your loved ones. They care more about how long their lashes are while having their faces stuck in their phones. As you walk the halls of this place, the filthier it gets. It is gross and dirty and smells horrible. The residents rome free at front desk while no one else is ever around to open the doors. When they do open the doors they have unnecessary attitudes because the doorbell has been rung multiple times before someone answers. Also, the patients belongings sometimes turn up missing. My grandfather was here in the 90s and it was literally the same back then.
