To : Charlie Pierce and his entire Staff From : Lawrence Noel Sr. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank the Administrative staff, Nurses , Respiratory, Wound Care, CNA’s, House Keeping, and Transportation department of Chateau Terrebonne for such amazing team work in caring for my brother. What you did for him over the pass five and a half was exemplary. You set a very high bar, and a model to be imitated. Your level of care was given with dignity and respect. My family could rest knowing we didn’t have to worry about my brother when hours came that we weren’t there. The Chateau Terrebonne administrative staff, and the first line direct care team became an extended family to us. These individuals were courteous, kind, and understanding of my brother’s needs. Visiting with my brother was a daily routine mission for our family, my brother was made comfortable, clean, and well groomed. We the family asked to be trained in some para professional area just to have hands on contact with him. Chateau Terrebonne understood and complied with our request.
