My father-in-law has been here since March 23 of this year. Everyone is extremely nice no complaints and we feel like we don’t have to worry when we are not there would highly recommend.

It’s not the most aesthetically appealing place, but I am basing my review on the care my dad received. The CNAs were amazing; they were so kind and attentive. They checked on my father regularly and always made sure he was comfortable. Angeline and Brandon (his nurses) were also beyond wonderful; it is so obvious how much they care for their patients and take their job seriously. The dietitian went above and beyond to ensure he received the foods he liked and was able to eat. All of the staff were so helpful and pleasant, from the admissions office, the social worker and back on the unit. Ultimately, I had to transfer my dad to another facility, as we were on multiple waitlists for him and my stepmom to be admitted together somewhere. When a semiprivate room opened at Regents Park, where they could be together, we moved him to be with her (only because the Terrace was full). Although the other facility was newer and a little nicer, as far as light and decor, it was lipstick on a pig! The care my dad received at Terrace was far superior than what he received at Regents; the last few days of his life here, it became necessary to have him transferred again to a Community Hospice inpatient facility, because Regents staff was not properly following hospice orders. I want to thank everyone at the Terrace for their kindness and stellar care they afforded my dad.

Our friend of 50 plus years , Who is in Augustine Landing for seven years and had to be transferred to a full memory care facility and we found this location for her right across the street almost. After going through a huge transfer for her and getting the Medicaid straightened out with a lovely person named Betty and also Ky, They helped us to navigate things, but it took about a month to get it So that she would be able to stay at this facility. In any event, every person we’ve met couldn’t be nicer, kinder helpful, and informative. The The nurses have been sweet and patient and kind with our friend as well. Being that this is her last journey in life as she will be 94 July 9, we are relieved to know she’s in a place that’s safe and it’s also very clean People ( care givers ) are human beings! Thank you 😊 and cheers and bravo to the Terrace ..! Tina and Will St. john’s Fl

Nurse Ashanti at the TCU front cart is truly exceptional. She’s always professional, kind, and incredibly attentive. Her calm and confident approach makes patients and families feel at ease, and she handles everything with care and efficiency. Ashanti is a true asset to the team—thank you for all that you do!

I can’t say enough good things about the incredible care my loved one received from Ashanti and Charmane at The Terrace of Jacksonville. From the moment we arrived, both nurses went above and beyond to make sure we felt supported, informed, and genuinely cared for. Ashanti brought such warmth and kindness to every interaction — her patience and positivity made even the hardest days a little easier. Charmane was just as amazing, always attentive, compassionate, and professional. She answered every question with clarity and treated my family like her own. These two are a true example of what nursing should be — heart, skill, and dedication. The Terrace is lucky to have them, and so were we. Thank you, Ashanti and Charmane, for making a difference. 💛
