If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place killed my grandfather. They did not give him medication that was given to them which resulted in a lung infection and my family and I watched him suffer from low oxygen, struggling to breathing because of how incapable and inept these caretakers are. If you love your family please for the love of God do not send them to this place. We had cameras in the room and my grandfather was left alone for hours despite being a level 6 (the highest level of care). One of the caretakers on film was recorded berating my grandfather for not being able to control his bowel movements. We met with the directors and care team various times and with empty promises they still ended up killing my grandfather. Do not waste your money on this place. My grandfather would still be alive today if it wasn’t for this place, it is a death sentence. They don’t know how to take care of people here. He would push the button for care, pull the emergency cord and they wouldn’t come for 30+ minutes. They say you would shower him each week, he did not receive a shower for 6+ weeks so my mother took on that. I don’t know what these people are doing but it is not taking care of elderly if anything this is elderly abuse and this place needs to shut down.
