Walking into Teague LTC you feel like it is really a home. The staff and residents make it feel like a true family lives there. All of the staff seem to enjoy their job and it shows by how they treat and take care of the residents.

Hard to imagine a comfortable experience in a nursing/rehabilitation facility but for me this was one! Personale and friendly staff across the board, An older home but clean, well organized and managed.Not home but not bad made friends and got along weel with EVERYONE! The physical therapy was well managed and made incremental improvement every day. Food was good and the nurses and aides were all supportive and helpful. The banner out front boasts a 5 star rating and I concur!

My mother-in-law was a resident at this facility for PT. I can't say enough wonderful things about the entire team! She enjoyed her time there and had a great experience.

On 3/6/2025, My mom, my aunt, and me go there to pick up my grandfather that got kicked out for falling 3 times and they never cleaned his room like they said they did. We all know that people lie 24/7 a day and don’t ask for the head nurse because she won’t come and deal with it and she will neglect u. Here’s and pic of the room my grandfather was in and he was laying in food and my mom will leave a review and is going to call state and let them know what’s happened. Also his urinal bag was on the floor and there was pee all over. Then we said that we were miss a foot holder for his wheelchair and some of his clothes and the nurse stood there and laughed.
