A dear friend of mine is a resident here. The staff truly cares about the residents. They interact with the residents, laugh with them, make sure their needs are met, as well as pamper and love them. The Activity Director is so full of energy and love for the residents and staff. The residents in stock are always smiling, joking and laughing. If it wasn't for the employee's wearing scrubs, you would not know who is family or employees. I have seen the administrator pouring into the employee's as well as the residents. My friend said whenever she needs to talk to the administrator he always makes himself available. No one ever grows up thinking they want to live in a nursing home. With that being said, if I had to live in one I would choose this place.

My dad is staying here. The STAFF are great. They check on him often. Watch for any changes and help him with his meals. Initially I was anxious about leaving my dad there. Let alone anywhere...lol I had been taking care of him over 4 yrs and I letting go, wasn't easy. But I feel he's in a very good place and being taken care as I would.

I just want to say Thank you to All the Staff. And A special Thank you to the Activity Director. My sister now has a home and is taken care of. All needs are met. I see pictures of All the residents with smiles. When I look back a year ago, not knowing what was going to happen to my sister. God plan is the the Only plan. He chose Windsor for her home. Thank y'all for all y'all do for the residents, but I thank y'all for going the extra mile for my sister.

Most definitely a difference considering the new management team that bought out Concord in 2020. There is most definitely a team here that works together making sure your loved one is taken care of. Our remodel is coming along amazingly! If you would like a tour to see the changes and meet some of our great employees feel free to drop by any time. My office is located by the front door so don’t hesitate to come in I’ll be happy to give a tour or to help you with anything I can. ♥️

This is a wonderful rehab and long-term care facility. We have been under new management since October of last year and have seen tremendous improvements during that time. We have an in house therapy team and beautiful private rehab rooms along with a staff dedicated to caring for our residents and their families.
