My 85 year old Mom stayed here 25 days for rehab. in December 2023. Ross and the office staff got us admitted quickly they were kind and answered all our questions. The facility was VERY CLEAN. Every person that works here was kind and friendly. The physical therapy group of ladies worked hard with my Mom they were gentle and respectful of her weaknesses. The front office staff was helpful and took time to discuss her needs and challenges that arose during her stay. She was in the 600 hallway and we couldn't have asked for a better team of nurses and aids to take care of our Mom. They were phenomenal. The day crew we got to know quite well even the daily cleaning crew that came into her room were friendly and professional, Miss Christy most especially. We reported the reading light being out and the next morning maintenance was there replacing the bulb. Jamie from corporate office called to check on our stay. Mom loved to visit the cute little birds in the lobby she felt they calmed her. Our family was very satisfied with Fairfield Nursing.
